Brilliant! I first saw Chris with a lower back problem. After some excellent help from him, my back started to improve and he suggested continuing with Rehab to improve my strength. On entering the Strong Room, I was initially very nervous but I soon came to really enjoy the sessions. Every exercise was explained really clearly and tailored for my individual needs.
