I graduated from St Mary’s University, Twickenham in 2019 with a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation and I am registered with BASRaT — the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers. As a Sports Rehabilitation Therapist, I help people recover from injury, rebuild confidence and get back to doing the things they enjoy.
At goPhysio, I support people with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, with particular interests in shoulder pain, neck pain, sports injury rehabilitation, and pre and post-surgery rehabilitation. I particularly enjoy working with people who have a goal of returning to sport, exercise or the gym, as well as helping people over 50 stay active, strong and confident.
I have completed APPI Matwork Pilates and APPI Reformer Pilates training, which I use alongside hands-on treatment, education and progressive rehabilitation. My approach is honest, supportive and goal-focused. I look at the whole person, not just the painful area, so we can create a tailored plan that helps you recover stronger, more resilient and more confident in your body.
Your first appointment with me is all about understanding you, not just your injury. Pain is not always purely mechanical, so I take time to listen to what has happened, what matters to you, what you are worried about and what you want to get back to.
My aim is for you to leave your first session with a clear understanding of what is going on, a personalised plan and practical steps you can start straight away. Education and home exercises are a really important part of this, because they help you take an active role in your recovery rather than feeling like you are waiting for things to improve.
I have experience in pre and post-operative care, sports injury rehabilitation, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, and prehab strategies. I have also worked with rugby, football and hockey clubs, including experience with Eastleigh RFC and Southampton FC. This has shaped the way I think about movement, load, confidence and return-to-sport planning.
At goPhysio, treatment may include hands-on techniques, Pilates-based rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates, Reformer Pilates, gym-based strengthening and progressive exercise rehabilitation. I want patients to feel listened to, understood and clear about what they need to do next.
Outside of work, I love sport — both playing and watching — and I currently play cricket. I also enjoy hiking, dogs, live music and getting outdoors whenever I can.

I had a really good visit to GoPhysio. I have had sciatica for two months and it wasn't showing any signs of improvement. Sophie gave me a thorough assessment and then provided acupuncture and ultra sound. After one visit my sciatica has almost gone. I am really pleased.Posted on Google kay luffmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Everyone at go physio is so helpful & friendly. I have been attending goPhysio for about two years. As a company they are very professional and provide a very good level of service to include efficiency and courtesy and are always consistent in their approach. This very much includes the admin /reception team whom are the first people you make contact with. My Physio has excellent knowledge and has assisted me with sound advice and ongoing exercise regimes which are achievable and realistic. This has supported me well in between appointments. Although always busy I am normally able to see Roz at a mutually convenient time. Thank you to all the team
