Why Choose goPilates in Chandlers Ford?
Since 2006, goPilates has been goPhysio’s specialist Clinical Pilates service for the Chandlers Ford community. Every class is led by a qualified Physiotherapist or Sports & Rehabilitation Therapist, not just a fitness instructor – so alongside building strength, control and flexibility, you’re supported by people who understand pain, injury and how bodies recover.
Whether you’re managing a niggle, recovering from injury, or simply want to move and feel better, goPilates gives you expert guidance in a small, welcoming studio.
Ready to get started?
Not sure whether to start with Mat or Reformer, or what a first session looks like? Our Getting Started with Clinical Pilates guide walks you through exactly how to begin – from your first call to your one-to-one induction and choosing a class.
Who goPilates is for
You don’t need to be young, flexible or already fit to start. We regularly work with enthusiastic exercisers, mums-to-be, older adults, and anyone recovering from injury or managing a long-term condition. If you’re rehabbing an injury, Pilates is one of the most effective ways to retrain your body to move well and avoid re-injury.

About Pilates
Why goPilates?
- Led by clinical experts. Every instructor is a degree-trained Physiotherapist or Sports & Rehabilitation Therapist, so they can help manage aches, pains and injuries alongside your Pilates practice – not just count reps.
- Genuinely small classes. A maximum of 7 people per class means real individual attention, every session.
- Choose how you move. Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Chair Pilates or 1:1 sessions – whatever suits your body and goals.
- Everything’s provided. Just turn up – mats, reformers and all equipment are ready for you.
- Two locations. Classes run at both our Chandlers Ford studio and Ampfield Meadows, with an extensive weekly timetable to fit around you.
- On-hand clinical support. If a niggle or injury flares up, you’re already in a clinic with Physios and Sports & Rehab Therapists on site – no need to go elsewhere for advice.
- A proper studio, not a village hall. Spacious, air-conditioned, fully equipped, and open all year – you just need to turn up.
- Seamless care. If you need more than Pilates, our full range of physiotherapy and rehab services is right here.

I had a really good visit to GoPhysio. I have had sciatica for two months and it wasn't showing any signs of improvement. Sophie gave me a thorough assessment and then provided acupuncture and ultra sound. After one visit my sciatica has almost gone. I am really pleased.Posted on Google![]()

I have been attending goPhysio for about two years. As a company they are very professional and provide a very good level of service to include efficiency and courtesy and are always consistent in their approach. This very much includes the admin /reception team whom are the first people you make contact with. My Physio has excellent knowledge and has assisted me with sound advice and ongoing exercise regimes which are achievable and realistic. This has supported me well in between appointments. Although always busy I am normally able to see Roz at a mutually convenient time. Thank you to all the team
