Promoter
- The promoter is goPhysio Ltd, 11 Bournemouth Road, Chandler’s Ford, SO53 3DA.
Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Entrants must live locally and be able to attend massage sessions in person at goPhysio.
How to Enter
- Entries open on Saturday 1st November 2025 and close at midnight on Sunday 30th November 2025.
- To enter, participants must purchase a Massage 5-Pack (£315) from goPhysio during the entry period.
- Each qualifying purchase equals one entry into the prize draw.
- Only one entry per person.
- Additional entries may be earned by completing optional actions such as sharing the giveaway on social media (Facebook or Instagram), tagging friends in 1 of our social media posts, or leaving a Google review during the entry period.
Prize Details
- One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 12-month Massage Membership (value £702), which includes:
- One 45-minute massage per month for 12 months (12 total sessions).
- Personalised treatment plan and wellbeing check-ins.
- Priority booking.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other services.
- The membership must commence by 31st January 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing with goPhysio.
- All entrants will also receive a £50 voucher that can be used towards any goPhysio service. This will be issued after the winner is announced. The voucher bust be redeemed by 31st January 2026.
Existing Members
- If the winner is an existing goPhysio massage member:
- For monthly (Direct Debit) members, the prize will take effect after the current paid month expires, and their Direct Debit will be cancelled at that point.
- If the winner already has massage credits on their account, these will remain available for future use once the prize membership has ended.
- This ensures all members are treated fairly and do not lose any existing paid time or benefits.
Winner Selection & Announcement
- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the entry period.
- The random draw will take place on Monday 1st December 2025, witnessed by at least two goPhysio team members.
- The winner will be notified by phone and/or email on Wednesday 3rd December 2025.
- The winner’s first name only may be announced on goPhysio’s website, email newsletter, and social media pages.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, goPhysio reserves the right to select another winner at random.
Data Protection & Privacy
- By entering, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering this promotion and communicating relevant offers from goPhysio.
- Data will be handled securely and in line with the goPhysio Privacy Policy.
- Entrants can withdraw their consent or request removal from communications at any time.
- goPhysio will not share entrants’ personal data with any third parties.
Marketing Consent
