I’ve recently graduated from the University of Winchester with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy, and I’m now proud to be part of the team at Winchester City Football Club as a Sports Therapist. I’m also back at Winchester University once again, this time studying for a Master’s in Strength & Conditioning with Rehabilitation.

I have also recently worked in a care home as a carer, which made me realise me how much I enjoy meeting, chatting with, and supporting lots of different people and this is something I carry into every aspect of my work.

When I’m not working or studying, you’ll most likely find me at a concert or out exploring on long walks with my dogs.

Fun Fact: I used to compete nationally in trampolining, so you could say I’ve always been passionate about movement!
