If you’ve never done Pilates before but would love to, it can all be a bit confusing! Where do you start?

Here’s 3 easy steps to get started with Pilates at goPhysio in Chandlers Ford. 

Step 1 The first step is to decide whether you’d like to do Mat or Reformer Pilates. Both are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, it’s just down to whether you’d like to use the mat or the Reformer equipment. If you’re not sure, we’d be happy to have a chat to help you decide.

Step 2 Decide whether you’d like one-to-one individual sessions or small group sessions. We always start with at least 1 individual session for mat Pilates and 3 for Reformer Pilates, just to make sure you get the best possible start to your Pilates journey. We do offer discounted Kickstart Mat and Reformer Pilates Programs, the ideal way for you to get started.
