World Pilates Day falls on the first Saturday of May every year, a day to celebrate all the amazing benefits Pilates has to offer. But we’re going a step further! This May, we’re celebrating Pilates all month with something special – because Pilates is better when it’s shared.
We have some great chances to embrace Pilates for both our existing Pilates Members and anyone interested in Pilates!

Current Mat Pilates Members – Bring A Friend For Free!
This month, you’re welcome to bring a friend to a class and both of you can experience the physical and emotional benefits of Pilates while building a healthier connection.
Whether it’s your workout buddy, partner, bestie, a school Mum, or someone new to movement, inviting a friend brings a whole new energy to your Pilates journey. Shared sessions build accountability, boost motivation, and, let’s face it, make the whole experience more fun. So why go solo when you can flow together?
When?
- Every Tuesday in May at 8:30am, Mat Pilates classes at Ampfield Meadows – with Francesca
- Every Thursday in May at 1:30pm, Mat Pilates classes at Ampfield Meadows – with Connie
How?
- Visit your Pilates Team Up Class Management Account
- Click on ‘My Account‘ and then select ‘Referrals‘ from the menu
- You will get a referral link / code that looks like this.
- Either copy the link from your account and send it to your friend, where they’ll be prompted to register for classes. Or, send them your code and they can enter it when they sign up (link to register here).
- They can then sign up for as many classes as they like online and you can join them for free! You’d just need to book as normal with Reception or online, where you normally manage your classes.

- You get to do some extra classes for free with your friend and can still carry on your usual class!
- You can bring as many friends as you like, just make sure each one is invited with your personal link above (so we can link them to you)
- There is no limit to the number of classes you and your friend attend, although spaces are limited, so don’t delay booking!
