We became Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists and Massage Therapists as we are naturally caring, positive and active people. Our philosophy at goPhysio is simple, we put a lot of energy and effort into taking care of our team, so they can take the best care of you!

Paul Baker MCSP

Paul is both the Clinical Director and co-founder of goPhysio.

He loves the challenge of solving your injury problems, and has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience since qualifying as a physiotherapist in 1997. Paul combines his clinical role with business and team development.

Gabrielle Berry Physio goPhysio

Gabby Berry MCSP

Gabby is part of our physiotherapy team. Having completed a BSc in Psychology from the University of Exeter.

She went on to complete her masters degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Southampton in 2020 and has spent the last year and a half working in the NHS, before joining goPhysio.
Gabby loves helping patients return to their optimal level of function and get back to their hobbies after having an injury.
Outside of work, Gabby enjoys spending time with family and friends and keeping fit through CrossFit and playing badminton.

Roz Brawn MCSP

Rosie Castle

the University of Chichester in 2019. Whilst studying, Rosie spent weekends doing pitch side first aid for local rugby and football teams.

Rosie has a keen interest in sporting injuries and treating musculoskeletal conditions and helping her clients return to a healthy active lifestyle by utilising her skills in sports massage, soft tissue work and exercise rehabilitation. She is also a member of the Society of Sports Therapy. Rosie is a level 3 APPI Pilates Instructor.

Outside of work, Rosie enjoys staying active by going to the gym, spending time in the kitchen baking and cooking and being crafty and creative making various things.

Duncan Craigen

Duncan is a Sports & Rehabilitation Therapist. He graduated in 2014 with BSc Sports Rehabilitation

He currently works in Rugby with Newbury RFC u18s and Berkshire RFU boys and girls.

Duncan is a very keen sportsman himself, primarily playing rugby to national level and enjoying golf during the summer months.

He has a very high drive and passion to help out people with their musculoskeletal injuries and conditions alongside providing people with the tools to improve and maintain good physical health to allow them to continue doing what they love.

He is also training to become an APPI Pilates Instructor.

Sheena Davis

Sheena graduated from The University of Central Lancashire with a BSc degree in Sports Therapy in 2015.

She won The Society of Sports Therapist travelling scholarship to Canada, which involved working in American football and ice hockey teams. After this experience, Sheena continued her education and graduated from The University of Nottingham with a MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine in 2017. She has pursued work in sports teams, boxing, dance, and private clinics.

She has a passion for helping those with musculoskeletal and sports injuries as well as educating her patients about the importance of staying active and improving their quality of life. Sheena also teaches at a local higher education college on a BSc Sports Injury programme, which she thoroughly enjoys.

Outside of work Sheena loves the outdoors and going on leisurely hikes with her partner and dog. Her next aims are to climb Mt. Kinabalu and travel more often.

Will Davies

Will is one of our Sports & Rehabilitation Therapists. His interest in track and road running led him to initially become

a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and then complete his masters degree in Sport Rehabilitation at St. Mary’s University, Twickenham. He has previous experience working in private clinics and professional football.

Will enjoys combining his manual therapy skills and exercise based rehabilitation in our Strong Room to ensure clients can reach their goals and keep active.

When he’s not studying or working, Will enjoys long runs in the New Forest and looking after his two rabbits, Roger and Jessica.

Kim Leith MCSP

Kim is part of our Physio and Pilates team. Her positive and encouraging nature helps get the best out of everyone.

Kim is goPhysio’s Clinical Lead, taking a key role in supporting and developing our team and services.

Kim graduated in 2010, from Coventry University – since then, she’s completed APPI Pilates class instructor training to level 3 and qualified in using Acupuncture, both of which are really useful in her work here at goPhysio! Kim has specialist training and experience in managing musculo-skeletal issues during pregnancy and post-natally. She has done some additional training to teach Ante & Post Natal Pilates and also with the Pelvic Partnership, who do great job supporting women with SPD and PGP.

Outside of work, she loves spending time in the garden and baking! She’s often found supporting her other half on the side of a rugby pitch!

Francesca Wicker

Francesca graduated from The University of Worcester with a BSc degree in Sports Therapy in 2013.

Francesca spent her career to date working with sports teams, including the GB Bobsleigh team, and within private clinics.

She enjoys treating musculoskeletal conditions and helping her clients get back to their optimum level of function through utilising her skills in sports massage, soft tissue work, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation. She is a member of The Society of Sports Therapists. Francesca has completed her level 3 APPI Pilates training and is a reformer Pilates Instructor. .

Outside of work Francesca enjoys keeping fit, baking cakes and is often found on the side line of rugby pitch supporting her partner.

Jade Ashley

Jade is a valued member of our Patient Services Team. She’s ready and able to help make sure your appointments and enquiries are all managed well and to help make sure your visit is welcoming and seamless.

Jade is an inspiration to all, dedicating much of her spare time to charity work and also being a foster carer. She loves an adventure and will often be found on a paddle board, camping, at boot camp and enjoying all sorts of adventures.

Michelle Bullen

Michelle is a Business Administrator at goPhysio, holding the reigns whilst Katie is on maternity leave.

Michelle has previously been working in event management and is working behind the scenes at goPhysio supporting the administration and reception teams and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Outside of work Michelle is a mum to two and enjoys going to gym classes and sunshine! 

Beverley Eade

Angie Spratt

Angie is a key member of our front of house, patient services team. Her friendly and caring manner will help make your journey at goPhysio as smooth as possible.

Katie Hayward

Katie previously graduated in Sports Massage Therapy and Sports Coaching from Southampton Solent University.

She has been working in 5 star hotels for the last 6 years in the area, within the spa and wellness suites.

Katie has joined the goPhysio team, working both behind the scenes supporting the all important business administration and development areas and front of house.

She no longer treats patients, but keeps up with fitness and exercise by going to the gym and loves a sunny holiday sitting poolside with a cocktail!

Fiona Moir

Fiona is goPhysio’s Non-Clinical Director and also co-founder of the business.
