I come from a background of a family business, my Dad founded ‘Baker’s Butchers’ in Dublin and I spent many years helping in the shop and learning the ropes. This inspired me to open my own physio clinic and goPhysio was created back in 2001! I absolutely love the challenge of solving your injury problems. Since I qualified as a physio back in 1997 from UWE, Bristol, I’ve developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in the NHS, private clinics and within the MOD. I combine my physio role with business and team development, and more recently I’ve been working on a project developing AI in the healthcare sector. I am registered with the HCPC and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and Physio First.

Over the last (almost) 30 years, I have been highly committed to learning and developing my clinical physio skills and have completed courses and training in areas such as clinical acupuncture with the AACP, The Mckenzie Method, The Maitland Concept and many more.

I particularly enjoy helping people with sciatica and more complex, long standing injuries that haven’t been helped elsewhere. Patients often come to see me very frustrated and confused at their care to date. I love helping people solve their issues.

I do love my hobbies and sports, over the years I’ve tried all sorts (some have stuck, others haven’t!). I’ve turned my hand to wakeboarding, scuba diving, kite surfing, running, road cycling, mountain biking, skiing……you get the gist. In my time away from work, you’ll often find me on the golf course or at the gym or otherwise being a taxi for one of my 3 kids.
