Eastleigh 10k 2020

goPhysio are delighted to be the Official Health Partner of the Eastleigh 10k for the third year. 

We're on hand to help YOU:

  • Prepare for the race 
  • Stay injury free

  • Stay running if injury strikes, so you can still take part in the event

One of the largest 10k road races in the country, the Hendy Eastleigh 10k will take place on Sunday 22nd March 2020. It is set to attract alomost 3000 runners! 

Clinical Director of goPhysio Paul Baker said he is delighted to be part of such a fantastic event.

On The Day Support 

We'll be on hand on race day at Places Leisure offering pre and post race massage, injury advice and support and special race day offers! You can find us in the main sports hall. We offer pre-bookable massage slots, to help minimise any wauiting round. You can book these by clicking the link below. Don't worry if you're npt sure of your timings, we also offer 'drop in' massages too, so you can just pop in and see us on race day. We'll be in the main hall from 7.30am.

Pre Event Workshops

We have hosted a series of workshops for runners as part of our role as Official Health Partner of the Eastleigh 10K 2020. These have included Pilates for Runners, Foam Roller workshops and a range of practical running masterclasses.
