How to book

The first step once you’ve decided you need our help, is to book an appointment.

If you’re not sure whether we're the right people to help you, one of our team is always on hand to have a chat with you and answer any questions you may have. Either give us a call or drop us an email.

Whether on the phone or at your first appointment, our patient services team will provide a warm and friendly welcome and are on hand to help make your experience as hassle free as possible. They also send out email and text reminders of your appointments, to help you stay on track.

You can give our friendly, helpful Patient Services Team a call on 023 8025 3317. We're open from 8am Monday to Saturday. Our aim is to offer you an appointment within 24 hours. 

Book online

You can book a physiotherapy, sports massage or chiropody appointment, safely online 24/7. Just click here to book your appointment. Not all of our appointments are available online, so if you can't see an appointment that suits you, then please give us a call. We aim to be as accommodating as possible and try and find you an appointment that will work for you. If you book online, please make sure you click on the 'book now' button when you have selected your appointment to complete your booking. You should receive an emial confirmation of your booking.

Pop in

If you're local or passing, please pop in! You can have a look at the clinic, chat to one of our team and make an appointmnet in person. We're always happy to welcome you in and help you find out more about how we could help you.

We understand that modern lives are very busy and so we offer appointments as early as 7am and as late as 8pm during the week. We also run a Saturday morning clinic for those who can’t fit in an appointment during the week.

If you'd like to book onto any of our studio classes (with the exception of our Clinical Pilates) you can use our Studio Bookings site.
