No – everyone is welcome! Whether you’re new to goPhysio or already attend classes, you can apply.
Can I choose Mat or Reformer Pilates?
Yes! The winner can choose whichever program suits them best.
What if I already have a Pilates membership?
If you win, your prize will start after your current membership ends (for annual members), or after your current paid month (for monthly members).
What if I’ve never done Pilates before?
No problem at all. If you’re new, we’ll include a free induction session to get you started safely and confidently.
When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be contacted by phone and email on Wednesday 26th November, and announced on our social channels.
If I don’t win, will I still hear from you?
Yes! We’ll be in touch with an exclusive follow-up offer for all entrants.
goPhysio Pilates Scholarship Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Promoter
- The promoter is goPhysio Ltd, 11 Bournemouth Road, Chandler’s Ford, SO53 3DA.
Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Entrants must live locally and be able to attend Pilates classes in person at goPhysio.
How to Enter
- Entries open on Monday 17th November 2025 and close at midnight on Sunday 23rd November 2025.
- To enter, participants must complete the official online form (“Apply for the goPhysio Pilates Scholarship – Win a Year of Pilates!”) and answer all required questions.
- Only one entry per person.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Additional entries may be earned by completing optional actions such as sharing the giveaway on social media, tagging friends, or leaving a Google review during the entry period.
Prize Details
- One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 12-month Pilates Membership of their choice:
- Mat Pilates Membership (value £790), or
- Reformer Pilates Membership (value £1,290)
- Each includes one class per week for 12 months (50 classes total, in a chosen, allocated regular class, subject to availability).
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other services.
- The membership must commence by 31st January 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing with goPhysio.
Existing Members
- If the winner is an existing goPhysio Pilates member:
- For current annual members, the 12-month prize membership will begin once their existing annual membership period ends.
- For monthly (Direct Debit) members, the prize will take effect after the current paid month expires, and their Direct Debit will be cancelled at that point.
New to Pilates
- If the winner is new to Pilates, they will need to complete an induction session before starting their regular classes:
- Mat Induction or Reformer Induction (depending on chosen membership type).
- The induction is included as part of the prize and will be arranged directly with the goPhysio team before joining a class.
- This ensures safe participation and helps tailor classes to the individual’s level and goals.
Winner Selection & Announcement
- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the entry period.
- The random draw will take place on Tuesday 25th November 2025, witnessed by at least two goPhysio team members.
- The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be notified by phone and/or email on Wednesday 26th November 2025.
- The winner’s first name only may be announced on goPhysio’s website, email newsletter, and social media pages.
Data Protection & Privacy
- By entering, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering this promotion and communicating relevant offers from goPhysio.
- Data will be handled securely and in line with the goPhysio Privacy Policy.
- Entrants can withdraw their consent or request removal from communications at any time.
- goPhysio will not share entrants’ personal data with any third parties.
Marketing Consent
- By submitting an entry, participants agree that anonymised excerpts from their answers (e.g. “why this matters to you”) may be used by goPhysio for future promotional purposes such as testimonials or social media posts.
General
