The company that began as ‘goPaul’, working single handed from a small clinic room at David Lloyd, Southampton, has grown to a team of dedicated people with the focus of helping you. We have made a difference to literally thousands of peoples lives and help over 200 people a week.

We work hard to make sure we stay ahead of the game, embracing new technology and developing our services. 

In December 2016, we relocated our clinic to a wonderful new space in the heart of Chandlers Ford. We designed and created a bespoke clinic to offer a bright, spacious and comfortable clinic and studio to support your physical health. It was quite a journey, you can see a little video of the massive project here. The clinic is easily accessible from Southampton, Romsey, Eastleigh, Winchester and surrounding areas of Hampshire.

Our founding values remain at the core of our business and underpin everything we do. Most importantly, while we continue to deliver these values, our customers have come to know and trust us enough to return time and time again and recommend our services to others who could benefit.
