I qualified from the University of Winchester in 2026 with a BSc Physiotherapy. I first joined goPhysio as a student physiotherapist during my final placement, and Iโm delighted to now be part of the team as a qualified physiotherapist. At goPhysio, I help people recover from injury, rebuild confidence in their body and get back to the activities that matter most to them.
I particularly enjoy helping people who are returning to sport after injury, as well as adults over 50 and 60 who want to improve movement, mobility, strength and confidence. My areas of interest include knee pain, patellofemoral pain, knee osteoarthritis, patellar tendinopathy, Achilles tendinopathy, lateral ankle sprains, myofascial tightness and lower-limb rehabilitation.
My approach is warm, friendly and collaborative. Your first appointment starts with a conversation about what has been happening, how it is affecting your day-to-day life, your confidence in your body and what you would like to get back to doing. We will then assess how you move, set goals together and create a clear treatment and rehabilitation plan. Iโll explain things simply, without confusing language, so you understand what is going on and feel confident about the next steps.
Having played a variety of sports from a young age, I understand how frustrating it can be when pain or injury stops you doing the things you love. Whether your goal is returning to sport, walking more comfortably, gardening, going to the gym or simply feeling more confident in your body, I want to understand what matters to you from the very first session.
I enjoy helping people build confidence through a combination of progressive strengthening exercises, hands-on physiotherapy, sports massage and practical advice. I also have a particular interest in supporting older adults to improve movement, mobility and confidence, including helping people reduce falls risk and feel more capable in everyday life.
Alongside physiotherapy, I have completed Level 4 Sports Massage, Level 2 Gym Instructor training and FA Emergency First Aid in Football. I currently work with a local football team, helping provide pitch-side first aid and injury assessment.
I also have experience supporting people following surgery, working on rehabilitation wards and helping people rebuild general strength after a period of reduced mobility. At goPhysio, treatment may include hands-on therapy, progressive exercise rehabilitation, strength work, movement advice and support to help you gradually return to what you enjoy.
Patients often say my approach is friendly and that they feel listened to. My aim is for you to leave your first session with a clear understanding of what is happening and confidence in the plan we have created together.
Outside of work, I play netball, enjoy going to the gym and love long dog walks with my family.

I had a really good visit to GoPhysio. I have had sciatica for two months and it wasn't showing any signs of improvement. Sophie gave me a thorough assessment and then provided acupuncture and ultra sound. After one visit my sciatica has almost gone. I am really pleased.Posted on Google![]()

I have been attending goPhysio for about two years. As a company they are very professional and provide a very good level of service to include efficiency and courtesy and are always consistent in their approach. This very much includes the admin /reception team whom are the first people you make contact with. My Physio has excellent knowledge and has assisted me with sound advice and ongoing exercise regimes which are achievable and realistic. This has supported me well in between appointments. Although always busy I am normally able to see Roz at a mutually convenient time. Thank you to all the team
