Our mat classes are designed to be supportive and progressive, helping you gradually rebuild strength and mobility without feeling overwhelmed.
Available Classes
To make it easy to find a time that works for you, the Spring Back offer is available in the following classes:
- Tuesday – 8:00am
- Wednesday – 6:30pm
- Thursday – 10:00am
- Friday – 10:30am
Spaces are limited in each class to maintain the small-group environment that goPilates is known for. We have limited spaces in our other classes, so if none of these suit you, do let us know and we can see what might work!
