- Aim for 10 – 20 seconds each side
- Or try this exercise

2. Keep Your Upper Body Moving
A smooth delivery comes from your upper back rotation, not your lower back. Simple habit:
- Turn gently left and right (arms across chest)
- 8 – 10 reps daily

3. Stay Strong Through Your Legs
