Celebrating 25 Years of goPhysio
This year marks 25 years of helping people move better, feel stronger, and live more active, independent lives. To celebrate, we’re bringing our community together for something special.
25 hours of continuous Pilates.
25 classes.
One shared goal: to raise £7,500 for our local community.
Why we’re doing it
Every day in clinic, we see the difference movement makes. It helps people:
- Stay independent
- Recover from injury
- Build confidence
- Feel like themselves again
- Add life to years!
But not everyone has access to the support they need. This event is about giving back.
Where the money goes
We’re proud to be supporting Mountbatten Hampshire, helping patients and families across Hampshire receive compassionate end-of-life care.
Alongside this, we’ll also be contributing to local community initiatives, including:
- Shepherds Down School
- Baby Necessities
- Open Sight
- Community health projects such as defibrillator maintenance
Because movement, care, and support should be there for everyone – at every stage of life.
How it works
From Thursday 25th June at 2.30pm until Friday 26th June 3.30pm, our studio in Chandlers Ford will host 25 back-to-back Pilates sessions, led by our expert team. You can:
- Join a single class
- Take on a personal challenge of multiple classes or a night time
- Be part of a team
- Or simply support the cause
Each hour has a simple goal: Raise £300 Together, those hours build something much bigger!
How to Get Involved
Whether you want to join a single class, take on a challenge, or bring a whole team, there are lots of ways to be part of goPhysio’s 25 Hours of Movement.
1. Reserve an Hour (Businesses, Clubs & Community Groups)
We’re inviting local businesses, sports clubs and community groups to reserve one of our 25 Pilates sessions and make it their own. How it works:
- Choose one of the available class hours
- Make a minimum £300 fundraising donation
- Pick a session theme
- Bring your team/group along
- Help raise money for local causes
Themes could include:
- Sports recovery & mobility
- Desk worker reset
- Relax & restore
- Beginner Pilates
- Team stretch & mobility
- Pilates & Prosecco
No Pilates experience needed – just a willingness to get involved and support the community. A brilliant way to combine wellbeing, team building and giving back.
2. Join a Community Class
Not part of a team? You can still join the event by booking onto one of our open community sessions. Perfect if you:
- Want to support the event
- Fancy trying Pilates
- Want to dip into the atmosphere
- Prefer to join as an individual or small group
Open to all levels – from complete beginners to regulars.
3. Take on a Challenge
Want to push yourself a little further? Choose your own challenge level:
- 3 Class Challenge
- 6 Class Challenge
- Overnight Challenge
- 25 Hour Challenge (elite!)
Set up a fundraising page, get sponsored by friends and family, and help us raise even more for the community. Perfect if you enjoy:
- Having a goal
- Fundraising
- Team challenges
- Doing something memorable
4. The Overnight Challenge
One of the most unique parts of the event. From late evening through to sunrise, our overnight sessions will focus on:
- Stretch
- Mobility
- Recovery
- Relaxation
- Gentle movement
Expect a supportive atmosphere, tired smiles and a real sense of achievement by morning. Perfect for:
- Friends
- Teams
- Challenge seekers
- Anyone wanting to do something a bit different
5. Team Up with Friends
You don’t need to be a business or sports club to take part as a team. Get a group together and:
- Complete a challenge together
- Relay the overnight sessions
- Mix and match classes across the 25 hours
- Set a shared fundraising target
Great for:
- Friendship groups
- Pilates regulars
- Mums groups
- Work friends
6. Support Without Attending
You don’t have to take part physically to make a difference. You can:
- Sponsor a participant
- Donate to a specific hour
- Support our overall fundraising target
- Share the event with others
Every donation will help us support local people and community causes.
Our Goal
Each hour has a simple aim: Raise £300
However you choose to get involved, you’ll be helping us reach our overall target of £7,500+ and support our local community. Every donation, every share will help us get there!
More than just a class
This isn’t just about Pilates. It’s about:
- Community
- Connection
- Supporting others
- And celebrating 25 years of helping people live well
Because at goPhysio, we’ve always believed in: Adding life to your years. Be part of our 25 Hours of Movement.
