To help appointments, classes and memberships run smoothly, protect clinician time and ensure fair access to care, we operate the following booking terms.

By booking with goPhysio, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment & Prepayment

All appointments must be paid for in advance to secure your booking.

Payment may be taken at the time of booking or before your appointment takes place. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received.

Prepayment helps us reduce missed appointments and offer availability to patients who need it.

2. Cancelling or Rescheduling

We understand plans can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and the prepaid appointment fee will be used.

3. Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your appointment, the full appointment fee applies.

This includes appointments where insufficient notice has been provided.

4. Refunds & Account Credit

Payments are non-refundable.

Any eligible credit will remain on your account and can be used towards future appointments, classes or services.

Account credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Pilates Classes & Membership Terms

Pilates memberships are billed monthly via Direct Debit and secure your place in your allocated class.

Membership is personal and non-transferable.

Before joining, members must complete a medical declaration and attend an initial 1-to-1 session where required.

Booking & Attendance

An active membership guarantees your regular class place.

If you cannot attend, please provide at least 6 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or missed classes will be deducted from your allowance.

Make-up classes may be offered where availability allows and must be used within the stated timeframe.

Payments

Membership payments are made in advance and are non-refundable.

Members are responsible for maintaining active Direct Debit payments. Membership may be paused or suspended where payments are not maintained.

Changes

Class schedules, instructors and membership options may change. We will provide notice wherever possible.

goPhysio reserves the right to update membership terms where necessary.

6. Massage Membership Terms

Massage memberships are billed monthly via Direct Debit and provide access to included treatments and member benefits.

Membership is personal and non-transferable.

Booking & Attendance

Appointments must be booked in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will count as used.

Appointments attended without an active massage membership payment in place will be charged at the standard treatment rate.

Payments

Members are responsible for maintaining active Direct Debit payments. Membership may be paused or suspended where payments are not maintained.

Included treatments are intended for use within the relevant billing period unless otherwise stated.

Changes

Treatment availability, therapists and membership options may change. We will provide notice wherever possible.

goPhysio reserves the right to update membership terms where necessary.

7. Arrival & Late Attendance

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other patients. The full appointment fee still applies.

8. Insurance & Payment Responsibility

If you are using private medical insurance, you remain responsible for payment of all fees.

This includes:

  • Excess payments
  • Shortfalls
  • Non-covered treatment
  • Missed appointment fees

Payment terms still apply regardless of insurer reimbursement.

9. Children & Young People

Patients under 16 must attend with a parent or guardian.

Consent for assessment and treatment will be obtained where required.

10. Clinician Changes

Occasionally we may need to change your clinician or class instructor due to illness, training or unforeseen circumstances. We will always aim to provide suitable alternatives.

11. General

By attending goPhysio you consent to assessment and treatment appropriate to your condition.

We reserve the right to update these terms where necessary. The latest version will always be available on our website.
