I have spent my career in the fitness and wellbeing industry and knew I was going to take this career path from the age of 14 when I first started PE theory at school. After 13 years of personal training, specialising in women’s wellness and post natal exercise, in 2019, I introduced Sports Massage Therapy to my qualifications going on to qualify at Level 4 and haven’t looked back.
My hobbies include exercise, walking, paddleboarding and I am now a fully fledged ‘dance and football mum’ spending many weekends watching my children do their hobbies. I love music, food and being by the sea. I used to wakeboard and hope to take this up again in the not too distant future, I have also had the opportunity to try Kitesurfing and windsurfing and gain my PADI scuba diving certificate.
Unpopular Opinion – 3 things I don’t like that most love………cheese, beer and any Sci-Fi or Marvel films (Not that I’ve watched any!)
Something that may surprise you about me……….I have been fortunate enough to take a gap year to travel the world and have dived in the Great Barrier Reef.
