I have started sessions with Will to set up an exercise routine to get back to fitness after some back treatment from Hugo. Excellent service from both. I highly recommend these guys!!

Whats the difference between sports therapy and physiotherapy?
To be honest, not much! The outcomes are pretty similar, in that you’ll get expert treatment and support to recover from your injury. Sports and rehabilitation therapy, as the name suggests, can be more suited to those looking to return to sport or physically demanding activities after an injury – but both professions are more than equipped to help you, they’ve just completed a different training degree.
what sort of treatments do sports therapists do?

Sports Therapists have the same skill-set as Physio’s, using a range of treatments to help your injury recover, relieve your pain and get you back doing what you love! Treatments may include manual therapy such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations, acupuncture and specific exercises.
