We are delighted to be hosting a series of FREE WORKSHOPS for Eastleigh 10k runners, as part of a series of events we are running as Official Health Partner of the Estleigh 10K 2022.
Having been involved in the event since 2018, we are always blown away by how well organised it is and how well respected and enjoyed the race is.
