I’m Katie, Practice Manager at goPhysio. It’s great being back at work after lockdown. It definitely was daunting at first but I’m enjoying the change in scenery after nearly 3 months at home. The sense of achievement with helping patients & booking them in for treatment as soon as possible, and restarting Pilates classes is such a positive in all the doom and gloom.

Just 20-30 minutes walking a day can improve your cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. It can also reduce your risk of developing conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and some cancers. Unlike some other forms of exercise, walking is free and doesn’t require any special equipment or training.
