Freedom to manage patients excatly how you want

If you’re interested in becoming part of a strong team, all working together to ultimately achieve the same thing, then joining us at goPhysio could be for you. Being successful at goPhysio means you’re not afraid of a challenge; you’ll enjoy variety in your week and utilising all your knowledge, skills, the facilities and full range of services we have available for you to help your patients, without limitations.

You’ll know that connecting and engaging with patients at a personal (and not just clinical) level is crucial to helping them achieve their goals, and you will be able to give patients confidence that they have made the right choice when deciding to spend their time and money for you to be the person to help solve their problem.

We’re passionate about continual individual and team development and supporting you in being the best you can (and want) to be, and provide unrivalled training, teaching and coaching to achieve this. Our experienced and dedicated leadership team are trained to find out what motivates you, in order to create a job that makes you happy and excited to be at work every day.

Since 2001, goPhysio has been a leading provider of private physiotherapy on the South coast. We’ve grown from a single Physiotherapist to providing physiotherapy, sports therapy, rehabilitation, massage and Clinical Pilates, with over 400 patients coming through our doors, every week. We want to be joined by people who want to continue to grow with us and be part of our ambitious plans.

We don’t rely on any third party referrals, so work exceptionally hard to ensure all our patients get the best possible experience and outcomes when they choose to come and see us. We’ve developed an incredible reputation in the local community and don’t take this for granted. We’re fortunate to have been able to create a wonderful clinic space in Chandlers Ford, with everything you could wish for so that you can help your patients in the best possible way, without limitations or frustration.

Our team is exceptionally important to us, we know goPhysio wouldn’t be what it is without them, so we look for individuals to join us that already naturally share our passion and values. If you feel confident that you can achieve the tasks and responsibilities below, we’d love to hear from you.

Working at goPhysio, you will be responsible for:

  • Listening to each individual patient and really hearing their story, and delivering an effective recovery program without any assumptions.
  • Engaging with patients so that they are fully committed to their recovery and confident in following this recovery plan until they reach their goal.
  • Ensuring patients remain excited and positive about the prospect of coming to goPhysio and remain committed to the recovery plan you are suggesting to the end, until they reach their specific goal.
  • Utilising diary space effectively and efficiently to maximise use of time available to help people.
  • Reflecting and acting positively on measured performance indicators and outcomes and utilise these measurements to drive performance.
  • Fully understanding and utilising the full range of skills, facilities and services available at goPhysio to offer optimal patient care and outcomes.

For these positions, you will need to have:

  • BSc / MSc Physiotherapy and HCPC Registration
  • BSc / MSc Sports / Rehabilitation Therapy and SST, BASRaT, STA or equivalent membership
  • MSK Experience, ideally in private practice
  • APPI Pilates qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Fluent written and verbal English, eligibility to work in UK
  • Demonstration of a commitment to progression and development of own career

If you’d like to find out more about the fantastic and exciting opportunities we have available to join the team at goPhysio, please email your CV and what has sparked your interest in this position to fiona@gophysiotherapy.co.uk.
