We are delighted and feel very privileged to be able to have a studio space onsite at our clinic here in Chandlers Ford.  

Our spacious, air conditioned and well equipped onsite studio enables us to provide a range of services to support your health and wellbeing.

Booking Studio Classes 

Booking for all our studio classes (with the exception of Clinical Pilates) are easily managed online through the Studio Bookings website. A step by step guide to signing up and making bookings can be found here

Bookings for our Clinical Pilates classes can not be made online, Pilates classes need to be booked by calling us on 023 8025 3317 or popping into the clinic in person.
