Thanks for your interest in our Pilates classes at goPhysio!
We have 2 great options for you if you're interested in joining our classes:
Most of our Pilates class atendees choose to pay for their classes through our hassle free, easy Regular Pilates Class Membership. However, some people don't want to or can't commit to a regular class or aren't able to attend regularly, so we also offer you a Pay As You Go (PAYG) option.
If you choose to join our PAYG Pilates class membership, you'll benefit from:
Please note, for the PAYG Membership, all classes will need to be purchased and booked online. There is no option for you to purchase or book classes in the clinic or over the phone.
Before joining one of our Pilates classes at goPhysio, you'll need to come into the clinic for a free Pilates induction session. This is essential so we can screen you for any injuries or particularly weak areas, find out exactly what you want to acheive by coming to Pilates and teach you the basics before you start. This is commonplace for any Clinical Pilates classes and will really help you get the most out of the classes. To book this session, please give us a call on 023 8025 3317 or you can book this online here, just click on 'Free Pilates Induction' appointment.
How do I sign up and book classes?
You can find full information of how to sign up and book PAYG classes here.
What happens if I book a class and can't make it?
You need cancel your class with at least 6 hours notice if you are no longer able to attend a class that you've booked. The class credit will then be put back onto your account and you can re-book a class. If you don't cancel your class within 6 hours, you will loose your class credit.
What happens if I don't turn up to a class?
Unfortunately, if you don't turn up to a booked class, you will loose your class credit for that class.
Can I extend the expiry period for any classes I've bought?
There is a 1 month expiry date for the single class and 4 month expiry date for the 10 class pack. You will be reminded of the expiry date as it approaches by email. We are unable to extend these, so please make sure you make use of your credits in time!
How many classes can I come to?
That's totally up to you! You may want to come to 2 classes 1 week and then miss a week, it's totally flexible.
Can I swap ofer to the Regular Pilates Class Membership?
Yes, of course! If at any point you'd like to change over, just drop us an email at email@example.com and we'll help you swap over.
When are the Pilates classes?
We offer 20 classes a week, including evening and weekends. Take a look at our full timetable here.
Why can't I book and pay for classes in the clinic or over the phone with this membership?
This is a benefit that is only availablre to our Regular Pilates Class Members. The online system makes it fully flexible and allows you to easily purchase and book classes yourself in your own time, without having to call or wait to speak to someone.
