First Appointment

The first stage of our work with you is to understand the root cause of your pain or injury. Your initial appointment will last 45 minutes and will be a detailed one-to-one session with one of our experienced Physiotherapists.

Your Physiotherapist will take time to listen to your story and concerns and carry out a thorough physical examination. They'll explain their findings (diagnosis) to you and provide you with a comprehensive personal recovery plan. You’ll get lots of chance to ask any questions you may have.

Treatment will start at this first appointment and you’ll leave your first session already feeling benefit and relief, with a thorough understanding on what to expect on your personalised pathway to recovery.
