We offer appointments as early as 8am and as late as 8pm, and have a Saturday morning clinic, so make it easy for you to find a suitable time to come and see us.
The first stage of our work with you is to understand the root cause of your pain or injury. Your initial appointment will last 45 minutes and will be a detailed one-to-one session with one of our experienced Physiotherapists or Sports Therapists.
Your Clinicain will take time to listen to your story and concerns and carry out a thorough physical examination. They'll explain their findings (diagnosis) to you and provide you with a comprehensive personal recovery plan. You’ll get lots of chance to ask any questions you may have.
Treatment will start at this first appointment and you’ll leave your first session already feeling benefit and relief, with a thorough understanding on what to expect on your personalised pathway to recovery.
Your recovery will start in your first session with us. We will implement your recovery plan with a wide range of treatments, aimed at achieving your goals quickly and improving your body’s natural performance.
We combine hands-on treatments with lifestyle advice, education and exercises to ensure you have the best available support to continue your recovery journey and remain pain and injury free. All our clinicians are experienced Physiotherapists or Sports and Rehabilitation Therapists and will tailor treatment to your specific needs.
We will assess your plan regularly and progress your treatment to enhance progress. We ensure you recover quickly, with the right treatment at the right time.
