We've been running regular, practical foam roller workshops for well over a year now and they have proved extremely popular. The practical workshop has been designed to take the mystery away from this simple tool! So, time to get that foam roller you bought with good intentions, out of it's hiding place and put it to great use!
Here's our upcoming Foam Roller Workshop Dates
Saturday 15th June 11am - 12pm Book your ticket here
The one hour foam rolling workshops combine a little bit of theory and a lot of prcatical work with foam rollers and some fantastic alternatives. They are run by our Sports & Rehabilitation Therapy Team. The workshops will cover important principles such as the optimum time to foam roll, how foam rolling works and importantly teach you some key foam rolling exercises. You will get lots of opportunity to learn and practice the techniques and ask any questions you may have. This will be followed up with some take away exercises so you can incorporate foam rolling into your regular routine.
Dates for our upcoming foam roller workshops are at the top of this page. Booking for each workshop can be made online using the link. Spaces are limited, so booking is essential.
The foam roller workshops are £16.58 per person.

Not sure what I was going to experience. The event really exposed me to the advantages of rolling and I could feel the benefits during the course.
Although the class is aimed at runners I found it really helpful even if I was forty years older than the rest of the class! It will help my mobility and the notes are a great aide memoire!
