Due to our recent clinic expansion and another strong year of growth, we're looking for some great new people to join our team. We are currently looking fior the following people. 

RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATOR

Clsoing date - Tuesday 30th May

As the first point of contcat for many of our patients, our reception team play a crucial role in our patient's journey. This part time position is a great opportunity to work in a positive, caring and friendly environment, where you can combine your reception & administrative skills with your persoanl flair. 

Hours

  • 9.5 hours a week, Friday 1-6pm, Saturday 8am - 12.30pm plus overtime 
  • In addition to the regular 9.5 hours/week, as an essential part of the job you will also be required to cover reception staff holidays up to 20 hours a week on an ad hoc basis, covering 4-6 weeks/year when the other receptionist is on annual leave. This will include evening work to 8pm. You will also be required to cover additional reception hours at short notice on occassions, so some flexibility and willingness to work overtime is essential.

Salary

  • £8.50 / hour 

The Role

  • As part of our reception team you will be responsible for the smooth running of the front of house at goPhysio. You will be the first point of contacting for both new and existing customers and have a key role in welcoming them, assisting them as required and making sure their care at goPhysio is seamless. You will also have a key part to play in assisting the clinicians, to make sure they are able to focus on their work with the patients. 

Responsibilities

Integral to your role will be:

  • Overseeing the day to day running of the reception of our physiotherapy, health & wellbeing clinic.
  • Optimising customer satisfaction and analysing and improving the customer journey.
  • Answering any telephone, email or walk in enquiries.
  • Managing payments, receipts and invoicing.
  • Utilising the computerised practice management software
  • To represent goPhysio in a calm, professional, friendly & knowledgeable way.
  • To accommodate and assist all clients from enquiry and booking through to discharge through whatever means possible.
  • To facilitate maintaining an optimal physical presentation of the goPhysio clinic and equipment.
  • To complete all required administration in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To assist Marketing Manager with ongoing and developing projects.
  • To assist Financial Manager with tasks as required.
  • To utilise time and prioritise tasks effectively and efficiently in order to optimise productivity.
  • To liaise and communicate effectively with other team members to facilitate communication. 

About You

You will need to have:

  • A naturally friendly, personal and customer focused nature
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence with IT skills and learning new systems
  • Scope for flexible working to cover additional hours as and when required

PART TIME SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST 

Closing date - Friday 9th June

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced Sports Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. 

Hours

  • Part time, 10 hours/week to consist of 2 evenings (5 - 8pm) and a Saturday morning (8am - 12-pm, or 3 evenings a week.
  • Genuine potential to incresae hours for a succesful candidate who is able to buid a client base.  

Salary 

  • £17,000 - £20,000 p.a. pro rata 

The Role

  • As part of our multidisciplinary team you will play a key part in managing MSK conditions for the local population. Using a hands on approach to treatment, you will be expected to demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for your profession and goPhysio. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of a team working towards a common goal.

Responsibilities

Integral to your role will be:

  • Providing therapeutic, deep tissue, sports massage for existing and new clients 
  • Building a committed, client base 
  • Woring with other Therapists to achieve best possible outcomes for our clients 
  • Contributing to business development

About You

You will need to have:

  • A recognised Sports Massage Therapist Qualification Minimum Level 3 ITEC Diploma or equivalent 
  • Member of relevant professional body e.g. SMA
  • Autonomy in managing a productive caseload to optimise clinic utilisation
  • A flexible, positive and self motivating attitude at all times to support growth and optimal patient care
  • The ability to market yourself and goPhysio as the solution to injury problems and concerns
  • An open, coachable and naturally self motivated attitude
  • Passion for clinical mastery
  • An attitude where you're not afraid of working hard or being challenged

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

We have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

Hours

  • 40 hours/week to include minimum 2 evenings and Saturday morning on rotation
  • Part time would be considered (minimum 20 hours/week) 

Salary

  • £25,000 - £35,000 plus external training budget

The Role 

  • As part of our multidisciplinary team you will play a key part in managing and preventing MSK conditions for the local population. Using a hands on approach to treatment, you will be expected to demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for our profession and goPhysio. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of a team working towards a common goal.

Responsibilities

Integral to your role will be:

  • Assessing and treating MSK conditions utilising evidence based practice
  • Managing a large patient case load of self funding, private paying customers
  • Teaching regular APPI Pilates classes (once appropraite training is completed) 
  • Contributing to business development

About You 

You will need to have:

  • A BSc degree or MSc in Physiotherapy 
  • HCPC Registeration
  • APPI Pilates Matwork Level 1 qualification minimum (funding for this will be provided if not already completed) 
  • Autonomy in managing a productive caseload to optimise clinic utilisation
  • A flexible, positive and self motivating attitude at all times to support growth and optimal patient care 
  • The ability to market yourself and goPhysio as the solution to injury problems and concerns
  • An open, coachable and naturally self motivated attitude
  • Passion for clinical mastery
  • An attitude where you're not afraid of working hard or being challenged
