Your body is one of your most valuable assets and when it fails you, life can be tough. Physiotherapy is the 'go to' profession if you're injured or in pain and want help to resolve the problem. The goPhysio Way is our unique approach to helping you get back to doing what you enjoy and performing at your physical best.

We look to not only remedy your immediate issues but also deliver long-term, physical durability. We go beyond just recovering your injury, by helping you improve your physical well being and preventing future injuries or reoccurrences.

How we'll help you 

Step 1: Initial contact. The first step once you’ve decided you need our help, is to book a physiotherapy appointment. You can call our friendly and helpful patient services team to make an appointment at a time that suits you or book your appointment online.

Step 2: First appointment. This first appointment helps us find out all about you and your problem. Your Physiotherapist will take time to listen to your story and concerns and carry out a thorough physical examination. They'll explain their findings (diagnosis) and put together a personal recovery plan that will help you achieve your goals.

Step 3: Your recovery. Treatment will start at your first appointment. Our experienced Physio’s will aid your recovery using a phased approach. In the early stages they will use a range of hands on treatments and gentle exercises. This will progress to specilaist rehabilitation in our Strong Room, aimed at helping you achieve your goals quickly and improve your body’s natural performance. (Strong Room coming spring 2017!) 

Step 4: Ongoing support. We don’t want you to just get better, we want you to stay better! You’ll be armed with the knowledge and confidence of how to prevent future problems and can access our services such as Pilates, Yoga and sports massage to keep you physically well and prevent re-injury.
